RockaDollar Dogs appearing at Waterloo Vaults
RockaDollar Dining evolved when Richard Sandiford and Emma Jerrard shared the same passion to deliver great food in unique venues, roof tops, underground tunnels and at food festivals.
The head chef Richard has over 20 years experience of cooking under his belt. Richard has worked for Marco Pierre White's Titanic, Quaglinos and helped set up Plane food for Gordon Ramsay. His partner Emma has managed events for over 15 years and together, 3 years ago introduced RockaDollarDining their own pop up concept.
When Richard takes a break from being Head chef of The Hawksmoor Knightsbridge, they focus on their 3 projects. RockaDollarDining, Flamin' Liberty and now Pimped up Posh Dogs aka RockaDollar Dogs.
From various pie and mash shops in the East End. RockaDollarDining delivered pop up brunches, Sunday roasts and private dining experiences.
RockaDollar Dining offers great food for people who love good, simple honest cooking. Simplicity is the key, nothing we do is over complicated. We dont try to be fancy, just aim to deliver quality seasonal food at its best.
Richard and Emma get their kicks out of discovering new taste sensations, offering seemingly simple dishes which are bang on flavour.
When we're not on the street we're serving Pimped up Posh Dogs
Flamin' Liberty is a pop up street food experience serving bad ass burgers, from well sourced meat cooked over logs and hardwood charcoal on a Drumbecue.
Pimped Up Posh Dogs is a Virgin to the street pop up scene, about to pop its cherry down at Waterloo Vaults.
RockaDollar Dogs will be going underground for the next couple of months.
